Who can join?
You are eligible to apply for cover if you are aged 16–65, a permanent resident of the UK. This excludes any injuries sustained as a result of participating in professional or semi professional sports.
(As long as you are already a member, when you reach 66 years of age, your cover will continue).
Can I apply for cover for my family?
Yes, you can arrange cover for your partner and we also offer plans for children under the age of 16. Enter the details of anyone you wish to include in the Plan on the Application Form provided.
Do I need to take a medical?
No. Medicals are not required, although any pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Can I cancel my plan if I change my mind?
Yes, you have the right to cancel at any time. Your policy also contains a 28 day cooling off period from the date we accept your application. If you change your mind during this time, providing that you have not made a claim, we will refund your full premium.
Do contributions increase with age?
No. Contributions are the same irrespective of the age of the adult member. However, once children reach 16 years of age they must increase to an adult rate.

What if i have any pre-existing medical conditions - can I claim?
You will not be able to claim for any illness or conditions that existed before you applied for the plan. This does not apply to Optical or Dental benefits.
How do I claim?
Making a claim is simple. Just ask for a receipt from your practitioner after you have received and paid for your treatment. Fill in a claim form and send it to us together with your receipt or any other required supporting information. We will then arrange payment directly into your bank account.
